Shipping Policy

Timeframe

Unless specified on the website, we ship Monday - Friday from 9am-12pm.

​

If your order comes in after 12pm, it will be shipped out the following day. If your order comes in on Friday after 12, it will be shipped out on Monday.​

​

We do not ship on weekends.

Shipping Issues

​If an item is damaged during shipping, a photo of the item with the package can be emailed to jody@theherbologistshop.com within 7 days upon delivery. We will happily resend the item to you. 

​

If a package is lost, we will reship the item to you after we have gone through the proper USPS channels and they have determined the package is lost.

​

If a package is delivered to the wrong address and the address was provided by you, we will not resend the package.

​

If an address cannot be delivered to you because of a wrong address provided by you, we will email you with the problem. 

​

There are no guarantees on ship dates. Priority Mail can take up to 10 days and USPS will only refund for Priority Express.
