Shipping Policy

Timeframe

Unless specified on the website, we ship Monday - Friday from 9am-12pm.

If your order comes in after 12pm, it will be shipped out the following day. If your order comes in on Friday after 12, it will be shipped out on Monday.

We do not ship on weekends.

Shipping Issues

If an item is damaged during shipping, a photo of the item with the package can be emailed to jody@theherbologistshop.com within 7 days upon delivery. We will happily resend the item to you. 

If a package is lost, we will reship the item to you after we have gone through the proper USPS channels and they have determined the package is lost.

If a package is delivered to the wrong address and the address was provided by you, we will not resend the package.

If an address cannot be delivered to you because of a wrong address provided by you, we will email you with the problem. 

There are no guarantees on ship dates. Priority Mail can take up to 10 days and USPS will only refund for Priority Express.
