Eliminate fatigue and boost the immune system with this nourishing blend of mineral rich herbs. Great for those with anemia, after childbirth, post surgery and general low energy conditions. Add 1 heaping teaspoon to 1 cup of cold water and bring to boil. Steep for 10-15 minutes before drinking. Add lemon or honey and drink either hot or cold. Makes approximately 30 cups. Tea bags not included.
